AMPI Cabo Bahía Sur section now working
The Cabo Baha Sur section of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) was established, and Patricia Virgen Alvarado will be in charge of representing developers across the region.
Virgen Alvarado and the rest of the board of directors, which also includes Marisol Pérez as secretary, Juan C. Ramirez as vice-president, and José O. Pérez as treasurer, were sworn in by Ignacio Lacunza Magaña, AMPI’s national president.

Residents of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle contribute 500K pesos for water supply
Baha de Banderas’ La Cruz de Huanacaxtle residents gave 500,000 pesos to Oromapas to fund a project that will provide the community with regular access to water.
The resource delivered by the neighbors, according to Oromapas’ director Josué Ral Gutiérrez, is a great help to the organization and has sped up the work that is about to get started.

The PGA Tour Tournament consolidates Los Cabos as a golf haven
Through its director, the Los Cabos Tourism Trust (FITURCA) emphasizes the significance of the PGA Tour Tournament that will take place in the area in the fall. The prestigious competition will take place at the Tiger Woods-designed “Diamante” Golf Course. This tournament will benefit other forms of tourism, including sport fishing and the local hotels.

To determine which beaches in the area are the most popular, CPS Noticias and Tribuna de México polled the Cabos population. Los Cabos has 23 certified beaches overall, along with one marina, so this survey offered some interesting insights into locals’ preferences.
