Gary Shirk and his wife are a US expat couple. They used to live in Chicago, and when it was time to retire, they decided to move out of the big city. After a stop in Florida to establish state residency, they eventually came to Puerto Vallarta in early 2020. The couple purchased a condo at Colonia Emiliano Zapata, in what is known as Romantic Zone. In this video, Gary shows us a US expat couple’s expenses in 2020
