Cancun Airport saw 2.4M passengers in October

According to the most recent passenger data from the Cancun International Airport, Cancun maintained its high appeal among tourists in October, managing to eke out a slight increase in attendance.

2,458,278 travelers utilized the airport in October, according to reported numbers. Comparing this to the 2,414,967 passengers in October of last year, there was a 1.8 percent rise.

The number of passengers was higher for the whole year. 27,074,920 persons have utilized Cancun International Airport as of this writing in 2023. Compared to 24,815,531 last year, that represented a 9.1% increase.

Even while the October data indicated a marginal improvement of less than 2%, it’s important to keep in mind that the findings were obtained during Cancun’s supposedly slow season.
