Frontier adds new Chicago – Cancun direct flight

Frontier Airlines, one of the low-cost carriers that currently serves the destination from various U.S. locations, is now introducing a new nonstop Cancun daily from Chicago.

Frontier’s new trip from Chicago to Cancun departs from Midway International Airport in Chicago. Flying out of this smaller airport allows tourists to avoid congestion, yet Chicago Midway is closer to downtown Chicago.

These nonstop flights are currently priced at $161 roundtrip and are available once each day until at least the end of February. Winter is a popular time for Americans to visit sunny beach holiday places such as Cancun.

In addition to Chicago Midway (MDW), Frontier offers seasonal direct flights to Cancun from 13 other U.S. airports:  Atlanta (ATL), Baltimore-Washington (BWI), Chicago (ORD), Cincinnati (CVG), Cleveland (CLE), Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Denver (DEN), Detroit (DTW), Kansas City (MCI), Minneapolis (MSP), Orlando (MCO), Philadelphia (PHL), and St. Louis (STL) are among the cities with nonstop flights.
