Hotels in Playa Del Carmen expecting full occupancy in winter season

The Mexican Caribbean is experiencing its busiest winter season to date, drawing in more visitors than in previous years.

The destination is quite popular, and before the winter is finished, several places are almost at hotel capacity, if not completely sold out.

Playa del Carmen is witnessing a 95% increase in occupancy as large resorts and boutique hotels are selling out—a testament to the destination’s dedication to being a must-visit location!

It is not surprising that Americans make up the majority of Playa del Carmen visitors—the area is ideal for families of all sizes, offering a wide range of activities and attractions to ensure that everyone has the finest vacation ever.

Hotels in Puerto Morelos, Isla Mujeres, and Cancun anticipate that majority of their rooms will be occupied by January. This is excellent news for the local economy and employment situation, as 500 positions were filled in advance last month.
