New Cancun hotel coming from luxury brands joint venture

A new Cancun resort in collaboration with Park Hospitality Holdings was recently revealed by the well-known luxury hotel chain Hyatt Hotels.

The Park Hyatt Hotel is the latest property that the Hyatt brand has revealed for Cancun. It will mark the launch of a new brand in Cancun that is the result of a partnership between Hyatt and Park Hospitality Holdings, two titans in the hotel business.

There aren’t any Park Hyatt locations in Mexico right now, but two more—the Park Hyatt Mexico City and the Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol—have been revealed.

The Park Hyatt Cancun

Though not much information has been released, the new Park Hyatt Cancun is expected to be a beachfront hotel. In addition, Hyatt declared that the hotel will feature “bars, lounges, and immersive and rare culinary experiences.”  Large ballroom and meeting areas will also be available for events at the hotel.

The following four properties in Mexico have been announced for the upcoming years:

• Park Hyatt Cancun, slated to open in 2025.
• Grand Hyatt Mexico Santa Fe, slated to open in 2025.
• Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, slated to open in 2026 and situated within the OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf private resort community.
• Hyatt Place Cancun Airport, slated to open in late 2026 and conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from Cancun International Airport.
