The Quintana Roo Tourism Promotion Council (CPTQ) is developing marketing campaigns for the state’s various tourist destinations, which will primarily target North Americans.

The Council will emphasize domestic travel, which is most popular in the state in the summer, but it will also market to the rest of North America.

These kinds of campaigns are available for all markets, including the national market, which, according to him, already accounts for slightly more than 30% of all visitors to the Mexican Caribbean.

The other component is the global market. Both are crucial in addition to the development of tourist hotspots in the state’s south, including Mahahual, Bacalar, and Chetumal.

To promote Quintana Roo’s travel destinations, the head of the council is taking a flight this weekend to Seoul, Korea. The promotion is still going on because the promotion director is departing for the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai.

With the goal of regaining the market that would also benefit the Mexican Caribbean, the Consejo de Promoción Turstica de Quintana Roo is collaborating with the federal government to modify or simplify the process of issuing visas to visitors from nations like Brazil.
