Bisbee’s East Cape Off Shore 2023 Sportfishing Tournament kicks off

This Wednesday, August 2, in the town of Buena Vista, the 24th iteration of the Bisbee’s East Cape Off Shore 2023 Sportfishing Tournament got under way with 98 boats competing and a total prize pool of $1,769,000.

This prestigious event is the first of 3 Bisbee’s East Cape Off Shore tournaments in the Cape region.

Mahi mahi, marlin, and tuna are the species that will be caught; the awards ceremony will be held in Buena Vista this coming Saturday, August 5. This well-known tournament, attracting players from all over the world, will provide a significant economic boost to the tourist area.
