Chefs for Los Cabos raise $300,000.00 for community dining hall

The tenth edition of Chefs for Los Cabos took place this past Saturday. Nearly 300 people had the opportunity to taste exquisite dishes prepared by 24 renowned top chefs. The goal of this gastronomic encounter was to benefit the community dining room “Dibujando Nuestro Sueño”.

Chef por Los Cabos and Chefs Club Vatel de BCS joined forces to organize a gastronomic event for a good cause. For this occasion, 24 renowned chefs from Los Cabos worked in pairs to create exclusive dishes using top quality products. In addition, the dishes were paired with wines from leading national and international wineries.

The event began at 5:00 p.m. with a selection of cocktails and beverages. At this time, guests had the opportunity to approach the various stations where each pair of chefs presented their dishes.

After visiting the chefs’ stations, the meal began at 6:00 p.m. Nearly 300 people had the privilege of tasting the exquisite dishes while enjoying the beautiful views at the Beach Club of El Ganzo Hotel.

Chef Edgar Román announced that 250 tickets were sold, raising a total of 300,000 pesos. Later, shortly after 9:00 p.m., a check for this amount was presented to the members of the “Dibujando Nuestro Sueño” community dining room in Cabo San Lucas.
