Hurricane Lidia to bring heavy rains to Cabos this week
October 09, 2023
According to the National Meteorological Service, this week is likely to see very strong rains with sporadic heavy rainfall (75 to 150 mm), as well as maximum temperatures of 35 to 40°, which is a rise from the previous several days.
This is a result of tropical storm “Lidia” interacting with a low pressure channel as it moves toward the Mexican shore.
Baja California Sur, Sinaloa, Durango, Nayarit, and Jalisco are among states that have seen rain, along with Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Zacatecas, Guanajuato, and Aguascalientes.
Additionally, tropical storm “Max” will move farther north before coming close to Zihuatanejo, Guerrero.
