The National Meteorological Service informed that for this day very heavy rains are expected in the state due to hurricane “Lidia”. In addition, high temperatures of 30 to 35° are forecast for this afternoon.

This meteorological phenomenon will cause intense to punctual rains in Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima and Michoacan, as well as intense rains in Sinaloa and Durango.

A low pressure channel over the northeast of the country and the entry of humidity from the Pacific Ocean generated by the subtropical jet stream will cause heavy rains and very heavy to occasionally heavy rains in the north and northeast of the Mexican Republic.

La Paz will not be too much affected by the proximity of hurricane “Lidia”, since it will only have a 23% probability of rain, but there will be light cloudy skies. The temperature at dawn was 24°, and the maximum will be 32°.

Los Cabos, on the other hand, has a 95% probability of rain for this Tuesday, in addition to cloudy skies; the minimum temperature was 21°, and the maximum will be 29°.
