Los Cabos and La Antigua Guatemala sign tourism agreement
This Wednesday, the Municipality of Los Cabos signed a cooperation agreement with La Antigua Guatemala to promote the growth of tourism in both municipalities.
The Municipal Director of Tourism, Donna Jeffries Álvarez, emphasized that this agreement creates a tourism development for both destinations, consolidating years of management for its realization.
During the event, the authorities of Antigua Guatemala thanked for the treatment received and recognized the respect for the biodiversity of the destination, considering it one of the most important sites in Mexico.
This agreement will make it possible to jointly address various problems that affect both cities.
During the signing of the cooperation agreement, the Mayor of Los Cabos, Oscar Leggs Castro, expressed his confidence in working together to address relevant issues that affect both cities. He emphasized the importance of unity in times of adversity, mentioning the resilience in the face of natural phenomena such as hurricanes in Los Cabos and volcanic activity in Antigua Guatemala.
