Lilzi Orcí Fregoso, Executive President of the Los Cabos Hotel Association, highlighted that the high demand in the destination has pushed average rates to more than $550 per night, one of the highest of any destination in the country.

On the 24th and 25th, we had an occupancy rate of about 88%, not only in Cabo San Lucas, but in the entire Tourist Corridor and San Jose del Cabo, in addition to an average rate of over $550.

Regarding the area of the municipality with the highest occupancy, Lilzi Orcí Fregoso, representative of the hotel sector, indicated that the Tourist Corridor, Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo maintain a balance in the number of tourists staying in their hotels. However, Cabo San Lucas outperforms the other zones by two or three percentage points.

It is very balanced the three zones as we divide them in terms of occupancy, they manage almost the same occupancy, each one fluctuates between two or three percentage points in terms of occupancy, being Cabo San Lucas with the highest occupancy. In Cabo San Lucas the occupancy is around 89%.
