According to the Los Cabos International Airport and Tourism Trust (FITURCA), the destination is expected to close the year with the arrival of approximately 4 million tourists. These figures place Los Cabos among the most visited tourist destinations in Mexico, according to Lilzi Orcí Fregoso, president of the Los Cabos Hotel Association.

In recent years, the destination has maintained an average occupancy rate of between 69% and 70%. For the Los Cabos hotel industry, maintaining an average annual occupancy rate of 70% is a significant milestone and a testament to visitors’ continued preference for this attractive destination.

According to Datatur’s monitoring system, Los Cabos ranked third in November with an occupancy rate of 76%, behind only Cancun with 78.4% and Puerto Vallarta with 78.5%.
