Mother’s Day Celebration in Los Cabos

With over 90 mothers in attendance, the annual breakfast organized by Hospiten Los Cabos celebrated Mother’s Day in the elegant Mestizo del Mar hall at Vista Encantada, making it the perfect setting for this heartfelt gathering. During the event, Paola Sánchez, Head of Marketing and Communication, spoke about the five Hospiten centers in Mexico, two of which are located here in Los Cabos, with one in San José del Cabo and another in Cabo San Lucas. In addition to honoring the mothers, the purpose of the meeting was to introduce the new brand and welcome the new General Manager of Hospiten Los Cabos, José Andrés Plasencia Díaz.

“We are proud that mothers choose Hospiten for one of the most important moments of their lives, giving birth to their babies. Therefore, we want to honor all the mothers who trusted us, whether in San José or San Lucas,” Paola expressed, highlighting the importance of this day and the presentation of our new brand identity.

“With this new brand, we also welcome José Andrés Plasencia as our new General Manager here in Los Cabos. Some of you already know him from his participation in local events, chambers, and associations. We are excited about this transition and thrilled about the new opportunities and partnerships that lie ahead.”

During the breakfast, the importance of the Los Cabos community seeing us not just as a hospital but as part of their family and community growth was emphasized. José Andrés Plasencia, the new General Manager, also shared a few words: “Although I am new here, I am delighted to join you on this special day. As we say in Spain, ‘there is only one mother,’ and here at Hospiten, that takes on an even deeper meaning. We are extremely proud of every boy and girl born in our centers, both in San José and Cabo San Lucas, and this is something we will continue to celebrate and support.”
