The Los Cabos Tourism Board (Fiturca) and the Ministry of Tourism and Economy (Setue) of Baja California Sur have announced that the destination will expand its air service with a new direct flight between Los Cabos and Ciudad Juarez.

This new direct flight will begin on July 1 with two flights per week on Tuesdays and Saturdays, giving passengers the opportunity to enjoy one of the most internationally recognized tourist destinations for its natural beauty.

The two cities will be connected by VivaAerobus. With these new routes, the airline continues to strengthen its connectivity with Baja California Sur. Recently, during the 43rd edition of the Tianguis Turístico in Mexico City, the airline announced its new routes from Los Cabos to Querétaro, Toluca and Cancún; and from La Paz to Mazatlán, for a total of 13 routes connecting the state with other cities in the country.

According to Fiturca, the opening of this new route represents an excellent opportunity for Los Cabos to promote the visit of a greater volume of national and international travelers from this border area. This confidence aims to broaden the destination’s horizons to reach more potential markets.
