Sabor a Cabo, the destination’s gastronomic festival, returns with great success

45 restaurants, 20 wineries and more than 3,000 guests experienced the return of the 15th edition of Sabor a Cabo.

The gastronomic event has been characterized in its previous editions by the fusion of entertainment with the best cuisine, bringing together in one place the best experiences the destination has to offer.

To achieve its long-awaited return, after three years of pandemic by Covid, the National Chamber of Restaurants and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac) and the Private Tourism Trust (Fiprotur) Los Cabos joined forces to achieve 45 renowned restaurants, 20 wineries and more than 3,000 participants, said Gianmarco Vela, president of the event.

One of the main challenges this year was to raise the gastronomic level of previous editions. Gianmarco Vela commented that the organizers understand the importance of the international artists who perform, but for them it is more important the media power generated by the participation of food critics, chefs and singers such as Juanes, who highlight the value of the service and the level of experience available in Los Cabos.
