Streets to be closed for Fiestas Patrias in Los Cabos

At 10:00 p.m. this Friday, September 15, the Grito de Independencia will take place at the City Hall. Therefore, drivers are advised to be cautious and seek alternate routes to avoid problems due to the closure of the main roads in downtown San Jose del Cabo.

The Directorate of Public Safety, Preventive Police and Municipal Transit has informed that starting at 6:00 p.m., the following intersections will be closed downtown:

    Álvaro Obregón Street and Miguel Hidalgo Street.

    Ignacio Zaragoza Street and Miguel Hidalgo Street.

    Álvaro Obregón Street and Centenario Avenue.

    Manuel Doblado Street and Miguel Hidalgo Street.

    Manuel Doblado Street and Antonio Mijares Boulevard.

    Centenario Avenue and Manuel Doblado Street.

Road closures for Fiestas Patrias

At these points, barricades, cones and drums will be installed, in addition to having Transit and Traffic personnel to ensure safety, as previously informed by the municipal authorities.

Thus, drivers are called to drive with caution, reduce speed on the mentioned roads and consider alternate routes to reach their destination without inconveniences and ensure the safety of pedestrians and attendees in the area.
