The Eurojazz Festival comes to Baja California Sur

The Eurojazz Festival, one of the most significant international cultural and musical events, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a variety of events planned by the Centro Nacional de las Artes (CENART) and the Delegation of the European Union in Mexico.

Every year since 1998, families and audiences of all ages have enjoyed classic and memorable pieces, as well as new aspects of jazz with fusions of rhythms like funk, soul, rock, and electronica. Thanks to the growth of this festival, renowned bands and soloists and new talents have presented musical proposals that have contributed to its growth.

In La Paz, the presentation of the group from the Netherlands, Under The Surface, will be on Saturday, November 19 at 8:00 pm at the Malecon, while on the 20th it will be at the main square of Todos Santos.

On the 17th, 18th and 19th, Under The Surface will be accompanied by Louise Phelan Quintet from Ireland, Minino Garay and Speaking Tango Jazz from Mexico, France, Germany and Argentina at the Antonio Mijares Plaza in San Jose del Cabo.
