In a press conference, the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF) in Baja California Sur announced the celebration of the Fourth Tourism Forum. The event will be held next Friday, June 2, at the Breathless Hotel in Cabo San Lucas. The forum aims to bring together experts and professionals in the tourism sector to analyze and discuss relevant topics related to tourism in the region.

Gabriela GutiƩrrez Mora, president of IMEF in the state, said that the Fourth Tourism Forum will address issues related to the tourism economy, particularly in the hotel, airport and marine sectors.

As part of the Tourism Forum, Jonathan Heath, deputy governor of the Bank of Mexico (Banxico), will deliver a keynote address. During his participation, Mr. Heath will address the challenges and economic factors related to the exchange rate and how these aspects affect the tourism industry. His presentation will seek to provide a detailed analysis of the current situation and offer perspectives on how to address the economic challenges facing the tourism sector.

The event is aimed at all those involved and interested in the real estate, financial and hotel sectors, as well as those involved in the tourism industry in general. To participate, interested parties can register at www.foroturismo.imef.org.mx. The registration fee is P1,000 for IMEF members and P1,500 for the general public. This event is an opportunity to gain knowledge and network in the tourism industry in Baja California Sur.
