  • Mirador de La Cruz (La Cruz Lookout): Right behind centro neighborhood, this viewpoint offers panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta. Famous spot to do sports and workout, the stairs can be impressive but you’ll make it and won’t regret it!!!
  • Faro de Matamoros (Matamoros Lookout): Located in the historic center of Puerto Vallarta, this viewpoint provides a bird’s-eye view of the downtown area, including the cathedral and the bustling Malecón.
  • Mirador Pulpito : El Púlpito is a natural rock formation in the southern part of Los Muertos beach. There is a path up the hill, you can walk up and cross over to Las Amapas beach that is just south of El Púlpito or you can go all the way up to the big boulder that is the summit of this little hill.
  • Mirador Aguacate : At the top of Aguacate Street, next to the El Palomar de Los González restaurant, there is a good viewpoint over Old Vallarta (Romantic Zone) with a view of downtown Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay looking out towards the North.
  • The Iguana Bridge : The Iguana Bridge was built as part of the Puerto Vallarta downtown revitalization project, linking two important parts of the city and injecting a little more life into the cultural end of Río Cuale Island (the east side). It offers very beautiful views of the Island and Old Vallarta to the south, the river is also on full display as well as the houses that line the banks of the Cuale River.

These viewpoints offer visitors the opportunity to admire the natural beauty and scenic landscapes that make Puerto Vallarta such a popular destination.
