A huge success, the State Charro Championship

The Jalisco Coastal Zone State Championship 2023 was held this past Sunday, June 25, in the Charro Arena of the Arena Vallarta. For all charreria enthusiasts, this event was a fantastic experience. Renowned teams like Willy Herrera, SRG Serena, Charros del Pitillal, Hacienda Serena, Rancho La Palapa, Charros de las Palmas, Ejido “La Palapa”, Ramón Ibarra, and Par de Ases competed in three intense matches as part of the championship.

This state championship is much more than just a contest; it is an exceptional chance to advance and uphold the charreria tradition in our area. The top riders and more than 130 competitors made for impressive equestrian skill and dexterity displays for the spectators.

The lienzo charro of the Arena Vallarta was the perfect setting to enjoy this important event.
