June 06, 2023
The Cabo Baha Sur section of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) was established, and Patricia Virgen Alvarado will be in charge of representing developers across the region.
Virgen Alvarado and the rest of the board of directors, which also includes Marisol Pérez as secretary, Juan C. Ramirez as vice-president, and José O. Pérez as treasurer, were sworn in by Ignacio Lacunza Magaña, AMPI’s national president.
Patricia Virgen expressed her gratitude for the chance to lead the Cabo Baha Sur and promised that she would concentrate her efforts on the union’s professionalization.
“(I am) very committed to strongly promote the professionalization of the guild, that is a task in which I firmly believe, is the way I have conducted myself in my professional field, always be with the best practices, act from integrity, from ethics, and above all knowing what we do,” she said.
This branch of AMPI joins the other 95 that are spread across the 32 states and is a trailblazer for having immersed three significant municipalities in the development potential in two different states.
A real estate law that can prevent instances of double deeds, fraud, and identity falsification, which continue to be the biggest problems in real estate development, will be promoted in tandem with legislators.
