The fourth installment of the Gastronomic Festival, which is now in its first mixology edition and featured the selection of the municipality’s most delicious drink, was held in the Magical Town of Sayulita.

All mixologists and bar owners were invited to participate with their standout product after the event’s announcement a few weeks ago.

The participants were given the task of competing with drinks made with seasonal and local ingredients, and dozens of people enjoyed watching the preparation and tasting of their creations.

Gabriel Tiznado Islas, a mixologist, won the competition with his drink, “Alma de la Baha,” which astounded the judges and audience members.

The main goal of the fourth edition of the gastronomic festival was to identify the food and drink that both tourists and locals accepted the most.

The festival’s first three editions were held in Valle Dorado, Sayulita, and San Pancho, where attendees got to pick their favorite foods and contribute to uncovering the history of Banderas Bay.
