No one who visits Puerto Vallarta leaves without their heart being touched. Providing memorable experiences for visitors is a key characteristic of tourist service providers, including hoteliers who host thousands of visitors each year.

The positive comments sent by guests upon their return home recognize the quality and warmth of services, allowing the vacation exchange company RCI to present its famous awards every year.

RCI awarded the Gold Crown plaque to Velas group hotels this week. The recognition, according to Enrique Sinensio, general manager of the Casa Velas hotel, represents the hard work of all collaborators.

On the other hand, the Velas Vallarta hotel’s general manager, Juan Carlos López Ruiz, emphasized the consistency of the work of excellence sustained for 20 years, which allowed them to renew the Gold Crown award this year.

RCI awards are given to hotels in the region based on surveys completed by guests following their vacation experiences.
