Details are ready for the 4th Suppliers Expo in Vallarta

The 4th edition of Expo Proveedores will take place on October 11 and 12, 2023, with the participation of 80 companies from different sectors related to gastronomy, hotels and confectionery. The venue will once again be the International Convention Center of Puerto Vallarta and admission will be free of charge.

Once again, this event will be held in this city where 5 thousand people are expected to attend, as informed Antonio Eufrasio Lagunes, general director of Grupo Exprofeso del Bajío and organizer of this expo.

Some of the workshops and conferences that will be held during these two days are: “Cinderella Cake”, cocktail creation, artisan ice cream making seminar, and the making of the classic reinvented walnut bread, among others.

The companies that will be participating will offer from cold meats, hotel and restaurant equipment, utensils, glassware, food, among other things; so there will be some samples that will be offered by the exhibitors. The idea of this expo is to grow every year, even in 2022, more than 1,700 attendees were registered and sales have been generated up to negotiations of up to 80 million pesos.

On the other hand, the president of the National Chamber of the Restaurants and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC) Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Costa Alegre, Jorge Carbajal Diaz, indicated that every year they look forward to this event to grow the commercial chain, and it also helps them to get closer to suppliers that often do not exist in this destination.
