Foreign residents lead by example and engage in the cleaning of Par Vial

A group of around 30 foreigners, mostly from the United States and Canada, joined forces with two local residents in Vallarta to clean up an area between the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood and Gastronomicos.

Wearing gloves and carrying trash bags, they walked about a kilometer, setting an example for responsible waste disposal.

Rodolfo Retana, a local resident, expressed frustration with irresponsible dumping in the area and commended the foreigners for their regular efforts in organizing cleanups.

Despite their dedication, the participants couldn’t handle debris and hope municipal services will soon address the issue. The cleanup initiative highlights the need for responsible waste disposal in the community. We thank Angel Martinez for the information and images.
