Hurricane Lidia: Puerto Vallarta Airport closed

Puerto Vallarta Airport will be closed from today Tuesday October 10 at 4:00 pm to tomorrow Wednesday 11 at 8:00 am.

These hours could change, depending on Hurricane Lidia’s trajectory and conditions.

Before deciding to close it completely, airport administration had cancelled 17 flights.

Because of the risk involved, it was finally decided that a total shutdown was in order.
