Munguía Commits to Parking, Waste Management, and Orderly Growth in Marina Vallarta

The mayor-elect of Puerto Vallarta, Luis Ernesto Munguía González, met with 40 representatives from hotels and condominiums in Marina Vallarta, addressing key issues such as public parking, waste collection, lighting, public safety, construction permits, and orderly growth.

He emphasized preparing for an efficient administration by closely working with the Marina Council on proposed projects, ensuring follow-up within the first 100 days of his term. Discussions included urban development, construction control, and license reviews. Residents requested no monopolization of public spaces and addressed issues like watering medians with treated water, expanding lanes on Albatros Street, constructing a U-turn on Ballena, installing protective railings on the boardwalk, and building a boardwalk on Bocanegra beach.

Munguía signed a collaboration agreement on these topics and showed a deep understanding and commitment. Antonio García López, from the Marina Vallarta Residents  and individuals with arrest warrants.

According to the Government of Nayarit, these measures are designed to ensure the safety and peace of mind of both residents and visitors, under a unified and coordinated command led by the state executive. Authorities report that these actions have led to a reduction in both common and federal crimes in the region.
