15th edition of Nayarit Vallarta Gastronomica 2023 announced

The fifteenth edition of Nayarit Vallarta Gastronómica 2023 will take place this year from September 29th to October 7th, with the theme “The Cooking Factor: Cooking a New Era,” and will bring together Mexico’s top chefs and Michelin star recipients.

Consuelo Elipe, the event’s director, announced at a press conference that more than 52 chefs, 20 mixologists, 4 sommeliers, 10 speakers, and more than 50 events related to cooking workshops and the world of gastronomy will be present.

Carlos Elizondo, another event organizer, stressed that Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay are the most important gastronomic destinations in the country, despite numerous challenges over the last 15 years.

Speakers, diplomats, and international chefs are also coming from Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico, with Pia Salazar, the world’s greatest pastry chef, serving as guest of honor this year.
