Puerto Vallarta Convention Center to host 5 events in May

Mario Javier Barriga Moreno, director of the Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center, announced that during the month of May, five national and international events will be held in this venue, generating an economic impact of nearly 76 million pesos.

The first event of the month has already taken place and was the Vallarta Cup 2023, attended by more than 1,200 people among participants and their families, leaving an economic revenue of more than 2 million pesos.

This week, from May 11th to 14th, the Herbalife Nutrition Leadership Weekend 2023 will be held for the tenth time in this venue, with an attendance of approximately 2,000 people and a projected economic revenue of 25 million pesos.

Another event of international importance is The Magical Championship of the World, a dance and cheer championship based on a choreographic performance that takes place every year and offers a unique international experience for dancers and cheer teams from all over the world.

Also, the Puerto Vallarta Convention Center will host the next meeting of the National Spyder Moto Club on 3 wheels, which celebrates the 15th anniversary of the launch of a brand of its motorcycles; the meeting will be made up of a total of 100 motorcyclists who will take a route from Guadalajara to Vallarta, looking to gathering Spyder fans and owners from different parts of the country.

And to close this month, Mario Barriga, shared that the construction sector and plumbers of the region will celebrate another anniversary of a renowned plumbing company in this city, as well as the Plumber’s Day with the participation of 500 people leaving 548 thousand pesos in economic revenue.

From January to April 2023, 15 events were held at the International Convention Center of Puerto Vallarta, with an estimated revenue of 220 million pesos during this quarter.
