This past weekend, talented Puerto Vallarta surfer Ángel Kalani Favela Peñaloza made waves by claiming his second consecutive championship title in the mixed open bodyboard category at the Mexican Surf Open, held in Rosarito, Baja California.

Favela Peñaloza, who already stood out in the previous edition of this prestigious event, solidified his dominance by once again securing first place in a competition that drew some of the top surf talent in Mexico.
