Director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust Luis Villasenor Nolasco announced that Puerto Vallarta will take part in the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) in Madrid, Spain, where they will meet with multiple different wholesale partners, for which they already have a full schedule for the three days of this event.

Puerto Vallarta will participate in this important fair once again, this time as part of the Jalisco pavilion, alongside the Guadalajara delegation. Vanessa PĂ©rez Lamas, the state’s Secretary of Tourism, will be in charge of leading the work at FITUR. These will be busy days of work and meetings, as this is the start of many destinations’ promotional activities for the year.

Villasenor Nolasco stated that they will be there for three days with a full agenda with several partners from Canada, England, and Holland, which will generate the possibility of some flights and more.

Puerto Vallarta and our country are two of the brands that are more present in consumers, and we are also talking with a line from Switzerland since we have been having communication.

There will also be some activations during the event with mariachi musicians, inviting attendees to visit Jalisco and Puerto Vallarta, as well as establishing a brand presence in a variety of spaces, so that the European market in the region will grow by 2023.
