RCI recognizes Hotel Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta for excellence in service

This Monday, RCI, the world’s leading vacation exchange company, presented Hotel Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta with the Gold Crown 2023 award plaque and this year’s Excellence In Service award.

The Gold Crown Award is the highest award that RCI (Resorts Condominiums International) can bestow upon its member resorts, and in fact, this company only offers this award to around 10% of the resorts that participate in this company’s program.

Meanwhile, the Excellence In Service, which is an additional distinction for hotels that already have the Gold Crown Resort and exceed the expectations of their guests and to obtain these awards, some surveys are conducted by RCI members in which five items are evaluated; among them, the check in and check out, the part of quality, amenities, hospitality, stay in the rooms and throughout the development.

Ana Laura Acevedo, RCI’s Senior Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean, mentioned that Hotel Garza Blanca and the Tafer Group in general are among the company’s most important clients, generating the highest volume of sales and partners for the company.

It is worth mentioning that this week outstanding hotels in Puerto Vallarta and the region will receive awards from the RCI vacation exchange company; the awards are given based on a series of surveys given to guests after their stay.
