Sasa Milojevic has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at The Villa Group Beach Resorts & Spas

TAFER Hotels & Resorts – a leisure and hospitality company with an ever-growing and evolving collection of award-winning hotels, luxury resorts, and boutique villas in Mexico – is pleased to announce the appointment of Sasa Milojevic to Chief Operating Officer of The Villa Group Beach Resorts & Spas.

In his new role, Milojevic is excited to further his commitment to creating unforgettable vacation experiences across Mexico’s most coveted beach destinations, while increasing overall guest satisfaction and revenue for both entities.

A seasoned hospitality veteran with nearly three decades of experience, Milojevic currently also serves as Chief Operating Officer at TAFER Hotels & Resorts, which operates as principal owner of The Villa Group. Milojevic launched his career with Allegro Resorts in the Dominican Republic, where he held the positions of Resident Manager and Hotel Manager at numerous properties. From these managerial positions, he garnered valuable leadership skills and has guided several luxury hospitality brands to success.

From Allegro Resorts, Milojevic began working for Buenaventura Hotels as Chief Operating Officer for eight years and then became President of Global Hotel Operations & Chief Executive Officer at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw 26 properties in six countries throughout Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean for 11 years. Over the course of his career, Milojevic has attained industry-wide recognition for his outstanding results in spearheading the growth of regional companies into global award-winning luxury hotel collections.

As Chief Operating Officer, Milojevic looks forward to executing innovative tactics and procedures including sustainability initiatives that will significantly reduce environmental impacts and elevating The Villa Group and TAFER to the highest hospitality standards through efficient operation management from the ground-level up.
