Tafer Resorts receive Diamonds Awards

The American Automobile Association (AAA) awarded the TAFER Resorts properties in Puerto Vallarta its coveted star certifications.
The Mousai Hotel revalidated the five-star award for 2021. The joyful celebration included also the winners of the employees and supervisors of the year.
The Mousai Hotel is the only one in the state of Jalisco with the 5-Diamond certification. In the whole world, only 121 hotels feature this distinction.
Cecilia Busos González, Mousai General Manager, congratulated her collaborators and encouraged them to keep offering their service according to the standards that have made the Tafer Resorts famous.

On Garza Blanca Hotel’s side, they received AAA’s 4-Diamond Award. Johnattan Diaz Romo, Garza Blanca’s GM, said that this revalidation is a proud sample of how each and every collaborator strives 24/7.
Roger Shaaf Stiller, Tafer Resorts’ Operative VP, stated that he expects to certify Garza Blanca Los Cabos with 5 diamonds this year, and by the beginning of 2022, Garza Blanca Cancun.

About the 5-Diamond Award
The 5-Diamond Award is a distinction the American Automobile Association gives to the luxury hotels in The United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. To earn it, hotels must go through a rigorous evaluations. They include unannounced on-site visits, anonymous stays, and a revision by an experts panel.
