Ayuntamiento de Puerto Vallarta and the Instituto Vallartense de Cultura, pays tribute to the charming naif style of the beloved painter Manuel Lepe.

Unlike previous times, this celebration is open to all! Residents and visitors alike are warmly invited to join in the festivities at the iconic Escultura del Caballito on the Malecon.
