After this city’s airport received the Seal of Inclusive Tourism, the National Port System Administration (ASIPONA) of Puerto Vallarta is interested in acquiring it, and the Bus Station is also eager to join this program.

This seal is given to tourist companies that are educated of issues pertaining to individuals with disabilities and have the necessary outside and interior facilities, signage, and information services in place to provide a quality service to this market segment.

ASIPONA is interested in being accredited and is in discussions with the management of the Central de Autobuses to achieve this seal for the three terminals at the city’s entry.

This seal is aimed at many more companies, for example, the International Convention Center of Puerto Vallarta, hotels, restaurants and different tourism service companies of Puerto Vallarta”.

A certification process is required through the Ministry of Tourism of Jalisco and the Federal Government, the link is made, since there are a series of guidelines that must be complied with, such as the infrastructure of the establishments.
