Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit will register a hotel occupancy rate of over 80% during this Mexican Patriotic Weekend. Although it is not a long weekend, families, groups of friends or couples will be visiting both destinations to enjoy the festivities that each one of them will have.

The president of the Association of Hotels and Motels of Puerto Vallarta, Alvaro Garciarce Monraz, pointed out that the lodging establishments already have reservations for this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, since there are different events, as well as in the city with the famous “grito” and the military parade.

Tourists coming to Puerto Vallarta will be from Guanajuato, Michoacán, Querétaro, Mexico City and Guadalajara.

On his side, the president of the Banderas Bay Hotel and Motel Association, Jesus Carmona, said that this municipality will have an excellent weekend and according to statistics, they could reach 80%.

“Obviously, it is going to change in the course of tomorrow and the day after, but there we go little by little and the high season looks very good and it is an effort of each one of the hoteliers that has been part of the experience of the Riviera Nayarit brand that we started in 2007”.
