Punta Mita to feature two new high-end hotels

Two new high-end hotels will arrive at the Punta Mita hotel complex in Banderas Bay under the renowned Montage and Pendry brands, informed DINE Group, one of Mexico’s largest real estate developers, which closed an important agreement with Montage International to invest close to 500 million dollars over the next two years.

The new luxury resorts, which will begin construction in 2024, will boost the development of the private sector in Banderas Bay, with an offer of more than 250 rooms and more than 120 residences that will be ready in 2026.

At the announcement of the construction of these two hotels, Hector Rivas Camacho, Director of Strategic Planning, New Business and Hotel Projects of DINE, emphasized that Punta Mita has become a destination for luxury brands.

He emphasized that this project will generate around one thousand direct jobs that will benefit the nearby communities, which, he said, reaffirms DINE’s commitment, for more than 20 years, to promote the social and economic development of Riviera Nayarit.

This residential and hotel complex, he said, has become one of the most attractive destinations for tourism and real estate in Mexico, characterized by its avant-garde architecture, sophistication and functionality, in perfect harmony with nature.

The reception of tourists is growing, but Punta Mita is also receiving clients with the highest purchasing power in the continent and the world, to which Mexicans have also joined after the pandemic, which already maintain a 35% increase.

The developer group, with more than 40 years of experience in Mexico, laid the foundations in Punta Mita with the construction of the Four Seasons Punta Mita more than two decades ago, and although they later had to sell their participation, they consolidated their position in the destination with the opening of the St. Regis, and today they seek to increase the hotel offer in the destination by including these two properties.

Punta Mita is home to 23 residential communities, five residential beach clubs and three award-winning hotels: The St. Regis Punta Mita, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and the recently opened Four Seasons Resort Naviva.
