43 cruise ships with an estimated 100,000 passengers are anticipated to arrive in Los Cabos this final month of the year.

This significant influx of visitors will generate an estimated $100 million in economic revenue in December.

Since the start of the peak travel period in October, the port of Cabo San Lucas has seen a significant increase in the number of cruise ship arrivals, often by an order of magnitude greater.

The arrival of cruise ships on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, as confirmed by Fonatur’s operations management, will result in excellent numbers.

According to data provided by the National System of Statistical Information of the Mexican Tourism Sector (Datatur), Cabo San Lucas will finish the 2022 cruise season in fourth place with about 215 cruise ships, after Ensenada, Mahahual, and Cozumel.
