International Gourmet Festival, an excellent promotion for Puerto Vallarta

The 27th edition of the Festival Gourmet International represents a great tourist promotion for Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Chef Thierry Blouet, one of the festival’s creators, expressed his delight for the event, which will take place in 33 restaurants in this region from November 10 to November 20,

The 2022 edition, he said, is being promoted through the website and social networks.

The reach is quite wide among tourists considered “foodies”, who plan their visits around a destination’s gastronomic offerings in search of new flavors and culinary experiences.

According to the founder of the renowned restaurant Café des Artistes, this festival has always been a gathering place for chefs from the best eateries in the port and the bay, who welcome their counterparts from Mexico and other nations, fostering a wonderful exchange of experiences that patrons can enjoy.

This season, there will be 66 participating chefs, including 33 local and 33 guest chefs, as well as sommeliers and mixologists.

Thierry Blouet, creator of this festival together with chefs Heinz Reise and Roland Menetrey, known as “The Three Musketeers”, shared that since last year the event has been given a new impetus.

Since last year, we have added Carlos Guzmán, a culinary and social media expert, to give the event a significant boost on these channels and increase its potential.

He continued, saying that a major event like this is an excellent way to bring together talent on the issue of communication and promotion through social networks.

The Grand Gourmet Village will kick off the Festival on Thursday, November 10 in Tierra Luna Gardens at 7 p.m. Tickets are available on the event’s official website.
