Wind Festival Nayarit 2023 to be held in Bucerías
The kitesurfing ” Wind Festival Nayarit 2023″ will take place from May 12th to 14th. Kitesurfing is an extreme sport in which the wind propels a kite over the water. This championship is the most important in the country and is considered one of the most important in Latin America.
The festival will host more than 300 athletes from different countries, most of them experienced in Olympic Games and other international competitions.

Surfeando Sonrisas to hold an event with a purpose in Vallarta
Looking to having a greater culture of inclusion and that children with disabilities try new things like sports, a parasurfing clinic will be held by the association “Surfeando Sonrisas”, next Saturday, May 13th, at Camarones Beach in Puerto Vallarta starting at 8:00 am. Surfeando Sonrisas is a non-profit project to introduce children with spinal cord problems to this activity for the first time and enjoy its physical and mental benefits.

Los Cabos government to build a space for artisans, free up tourist zones
The government of Los Cabos announced that it will work on the elaboration of a municipal Tianguis regulation along with the possibility of purchasing a space in a plaza for artisans, which would also free up tourist zones.
“We are looking for a space that will help relieve the saturation of the tourist zones, in addition to being a place where businessmen and businesswomen can send us tours.”

Los Cabos city officials met with foreign residents
In a meeting held by the municipal authorities with foreign residents, they were informed about urban planning and mobility issues, so that they are aware of the progress made in these areas.
The meeting was held at the Centro de Atención al Turista de Los Cabos (Cattac), where there was a large participation of foreign residents.

300 million pesos investment in Cancun underground wiring project
The Federal Electricity Comission (CFE) has agreed to invest more than 300 million pesos for underground wiring along Colosio Boulevard in Cancun. The director of the CFE approved the investment following a meeting with Quintana Roo governor.
The new underground wiring by the CFE will extend 10 kilometers in each direction from the Kabah road distributor to the Cancun International Airport.

Air Canada to offer direct Montreal – Cozumel flight this summer
The new Cozumel-Montreal route was inaugurated this Tuesday, May 9, by Air Canada. This route will operate one flight per week on Tuesdays and is temporary in nature, remaining open until next Tuesday, August 8th of this year.
Thus, during the summer vacation period, the International Airport of the Island of Cozumel is expanding its air routes to North America.
