Cruise ship arrivals to Vallarta decrease; 13 arrivals scheduled for May
Puerto Vallarta is entering the low season for international cruise ships, with only 13 arrivals scheduled for the month of May, according to the calendar of the city’s National Port System Administration (ASIPONA).
Of the 13 arrivals scheduled for this destination, there will be three double arrivals: the first was this Tuesday with the arrival of Navigator of the Seas and Carnival Panorama; on Wednesday, May 3, Celebrity Millennium and Radiance of the Seas will arrive together.

Progress in the expansion of the airport of Puerto Vallarta presented
In a meeting with AEBBA businessmen, Mr. Cryshtian Amador Lizardi, Director of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, and Mr. Martin Zazueta, Director of the Guadalajara International Airport, presented the plan being developed for the expansion of infrastructure in each of the destinations, where the new facilities will be characterized by avant-garde design and sustainability policies that will position them as national and international references.

Breeze Airways to fly to Los Cabos starting November
Breeze Airways, a relatively new airline, has submitted paperwork to operate flights from Los Angeles to Los Cabos.
Since its founding in 2021, Breeze Airways has generated quite a buzz in the travel sector. Former JetBlue CEO David Neeleman founded the airline, which has just applied for its first international flight service to transport travelers to Los Cabos.

La Paz to install security cameras on Balandra beach
High-tech remote monitoring surveillance cameras will soon be installed at La Paz’s most well-known beach to keep visitors safe.
In order to crack down on speeding boaters in the water, like the one who recently caused a significant accident close to the beach, cameras will be installed at Playa Balandra in La Paz, according to Governor of the State of Baja California Sur Victor Manuel Castro Cosio.

World2Fly launches new Lisbon to Cancun route
World2Fly has started offering nonstop service between Cancun and Lisbon in Portugal. The leisure airline will run the direct nonstop flight once per week during the summer.
Flight 3P 2151, an Airbus A350 operated by World2Fly, launched the new route on April 30 at 18:59 local time after departing from Humberto Delgado Airport at 15:06 local time.

Cancun boat tours to Isla Mujeres to have prices regulated
The local government will regulate prices for the popular boat trips from Cancun to Isla Mujeres in an effort to safeguard both tourists and boat owners.
