Mikado presents Momijigari for autumn
Mikado has established itself as a location that represents the Japanese culture and cuisine in Puerto Vallarta. The restaurant is well-known for its exquisite diversity of meals and flavors. For more than 25 years, it has focused on providing innovative culinary experiences to its guests and local public. From the architecture to the detail and respect for its gastronomy, everything is one of a kind. The restaurant is located in the facilities of Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa.
In honor of the Momijigari, or “red leaf hunt,” event, it will unveil its first special Noodles & Ramen menu this month. This activity entails searching for the most striking shades of leaves. It has been one of the most popular events in Japan for centuries, thanks to the amazing spectacle of color transition in the trees that nature provides to its citizens and thousands of tourists who travel just to see this beautiful visual spectacle.
Mikado will welcome this important season in Japan, autumn, to share the joy and warmth offered by these hues with its guests and to “attract the harvest.”
What better way to enjoy some traditional and tasty noodles and ramen? These are the recipes that Mikado’s community of Vallartenses eagerly sought. This special menu will provide a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. One directed at those who appreciate and are familiar with the real flavors of Japan. The goal is to embrace this season with good energy and high-quality meals to pamper yourself.
From October 22 to the end of November, you may enjoy the Ramen and Noodles Festival. There are three varieties of noodles and six ramen meals on the menu. All have been created and prepared ingeniously by outstanding chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine. Mikado offers a special price for its cherished local community patrons.
